These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Oakmont Plumber North York website and any plumbing services you request from us. By requesting service, contacting us, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

Oakmont Plumber North York provides plumbing installation, repair, and emergency services in North York and the surrounding Greater Toronto Area. All work is performed by licensed and insured technicians. A written or verbal quote will be provided before work begins whenever practical; emergency work may proceed with a verbal go-ahead from the customer.

Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted. Final invoices may vary from estimates if unforeseen conditions are discovered on site; any change in scope will be discussed with you before additional work is performed. Payment is due upon completion of the work unless other arrangements have been made in writing.

We stand behind our workmanship. Repairs are covered by a written workmanship warranty for the period stated on your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on parts and fixtures are passed through to you. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, freezing, foreign objects, or work performed by other parties after our service.

Please provide reasonable notice if you need to reschedule an appointment. You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area, disclosing known hazards, and keeping pets and children clear of the work zone during service.

By providing your phone number or email address to Oakmont Plumber North York — whether through the website contact form, a phone call, or a text message — you agree that we may contact you about your service request, appointment scheduling, technician arrival, invoices, and follow-up.

Standard message and data rates apply. Message frequency varies based on your service request. Oakmont Plumber North York does not charge for messages, but your mobile carrier's standard text messaging and data rates may apply to messages you send to or receive from us. Check with your wireless provider for details of your plan. You can opt out of non-essential text messages at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for assistance. Opting out will not affect your ability to receive messages we need to send to complete a service you have already booked.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute it without written permission. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that the site will be error-free or continuously available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oakmont Plumber North York's total liability for any claim arising out of services provided is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above indicates when they were most recently revised. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
